Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy is awaiting Kelly’s approval. Paid bookings should not open until notice periods, refunds, late arrivals, missed appointments, and package expiry are defined.

Once you have a confirmed booking, your Calendly confirmation includes links for rescheduling and cancellation. Using those links does not automatically request or issue a Stripe refund.
